Shipping Rates & Processing Time
All shipping rates are calculated based on both region and total order price. We strive to fulfill and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

Packaging & Handling
We take great care in packaging our maple syrup to ensure it arrives safely. Each glass bottle is securely wrapped in recycled perforated cardboard mat and buffered within the shipping box to minimize movement and reduce the risk of breakage during transit.

Damaged Shipments
While we do our best to protect your order, glass bottles may occasionally break during shipping. If you receive a package with damaged bottles, please take a clear photo of the package and the damaged items. Email the photos along with a description of the damages to josiah@risesugarworks.com, and we will promptly send you a replacement.
